HOW TO USE

Mix part A base to Part B curing agent at a ratio of 1:1 by weight, and then pot the mixture into the required parts, place at room temperature to let it form elastomer, use after 24 ~48 hours.

When using automatic dispensing machine, set at a ratio of 1:1 by weight of part A to Part B for a test first and then put into use.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Guibao4926 should be stored in original unopened containers over temperature from 4℃to 27℃ and be kept away from rain or direct sunshine.

Guibao 4926 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture.

Guibao 4926 is non-hazardous for transportation.

NOTES

The surface of the parts must be cleaned, free of any N,P,S,havey metal or any other compound

Screw tight the cover of Part B immediately after use to avoid the exposure to atmospheric moisture

Part A base and part B curing agent should be fully mixed to ensure the homogenity of the sealant, or it affects the performance of the sealant.

Part A and Part B should be kept separately and get mixed on site, and be used within a short time after mixing.

For common low-voltage electrical potting, de-bubbling is not needed, but vacuum de-bubbling for 3~5 minutes is required for high voltage electrical potting.
